A reputable hospitality company based in Lagos is in need of qualified persons to fill the following positions:

Head of Operations

Job Description
  • Reviews daily operations, interprets, and utilizes the information abstracted from reports
  • Keeps informed of industry innovations, and advances in product research, food and recreational technology
  • Initiates production planning of a short term nature, coordinates and directs departmental heads in generating forecasts , productivity analysis and manpower requirements
  • Establishes policy, formulates capital, operational and cash budgets for long range sales goals.  Defines product requirements and ratifies long range sales goals
  • Acts as the representative of the hotel to the community and governmental bodies
  • Ratifies the marketing plans  that promote the hotel’s long and short range goals
  • Supervises employees through departmental heads, develops standards of quality, efficiency and productivity through each unit/department heads
  • Maintains  a high level of quality in product and service through observations, review of service standards and monitoring of customer comments


Qualifications and qualities required
  • Vast experience in hotel operations is highly desirable
  • Proven organizational skills for directing a business entity with substantial number of employees
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to offer creative and practical solutions to difficult problems
  • Ability to channel, synthesize, refine others’ ideas as well as to originate and implement one’s own ideas
  • Minimum of a degree in social or management sciences with hotel or hospitality certifications
  • Minimum of 7-8 years working experience in hospitality industry
  • Master’s degree is an added advantage
  • Applicants should not more than 40years in age

Business Development & Marketing Executives

Job Description
  • Drive the sales and marketing activities of the hotel rooms, halls and other products and services of the company
  • Develop daily/weekly marketing sales plan to drive revenue generation for the hotel products and services
  • Build a stable revenue base and ensure high levels of repeat business through strong customer relationships and retention
  • Actively convert customer inquiries into confirmed sales to develop future and repeat business contributing to the profitability
  • Generate events, business from warm business leads and where possible, new business contacts through attending face to face sales meetings in order to build lasting relationships
  • Development and implementation of sales, marketing campaigns and client entertainment
  • Identify and pursue new business, sales opportunities both by use of the company data, networking, B2B opportunities
  • Prepare and submit proposals to obtain and bid for major new clients
  • Analyze and research potential business growth and opportunities from current and existing clients to create prospect list for targeting

Qualification/Experience
  • BSc or HND in social or management sciences with 3-5years working experience in proactive sales, hotels or hospitality industry

Job Description
  • Represent company in court in respect litigations arising from operational and labor contractual issues
  • Providing legal advice in operational and contractual matters
  • Ensure company’s compliance to statutory and regulatory matters
  • Drafting of relevant contractual agreements and correspondences
  • Attend to other company‘s legal matters as required by the management

Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of LLB (Law) with at least 3-5 years working experience in a law firm
