COSON(Copyright Society of Nigeria)
week began with the ‘COSON in the church’ event at KICC, Maryland. COSON in the
church was tagged by COSON to be ‘The Red Carpet National day of music and
prayer as the nation’s top nightingales gather to sing for the Lord’.
Honestly
I had thought and expected to watch music performances and not exactly
ministrations but I was proved wrong. I
was blessed by the music ministrations of music ministers like Asu Ekiye, Tim
Godfrey and a few others. Their performances brought light and life into the auditorium
and reminded us of why we are in the church.
On
Sunday,we had music ministrations, music
performances (Yep. There is a difference) and we also offered prayers for
Nigeria, addressing different issues at intervals during this ‘gospel music
concert’. Prayers were led by well
respected Ministers of the gospel who were in attendance.
Meanwhile, we didn't see the brake lights of Buchi, Chidinma and Frank Edwards. So for those who were hoping to come hear a gospel version of 'kedike'- Ela Ojukan to you. Lolz. Kiddin.
COSON in the mosque held last Friday.
Anyways,
I have more to say ‘in pictures’. Below is the picture tale of the activities
that went on at COSON in the Church on Sunday, 1st of November 2015.
I will
bring more picture and gist of other activities of the one week event.
Do stay

Koffi- And that's how Koffi preached a strong sermon(well, after cracking us up) . He made a lot sense but must have stepped on toes sa. But he spoke the truth. He spoke about the wrong message in popular music and how its seriously affecting the kids. Tell them! |
