1.       Get basic computer skills like the good use  of Microsoft productivity tools like Ms Word, Excel and Power point

2.      Know how to think out of the box.  Be willing to learn and give meaningful results to your employer

3.      Be presentable. Look the part, speak the part and act the part. Employers want to employ a responsible individual

4.      Have a good attitude and high integrity. Attitude and integrity are placed above intelligence

5.      Employers want loyalty. They want someone they can count on who wants to contribute towards the expansion of the company
