Commercial Manager

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing the commercial side of the Assist operation in Nigeria including individual as well as corporate sales, strategic alliances and any task related to the commercial activities in Nigeria.

Minimum Job Requirements:
1.       Education – University Degree

2.      Current Driving License and the ability and willingness to travel countrywide for meetings / events and work unsocial hours at weekends and evenings

3.      Professional Experience – 5-8 years commercial experience of which at least 5 years relevant experience.
-          Proven success in sales including demonstrable success of
selling
-          Proven success of developing client relationships
-          Proven success of managing/implementing new business

-          Proven computer literacy including email, MS Office, content

-          Management systems

-          in depth knowledge of the commercial sector

Head of Customer Service (HOCS)


Job Summary:

Responsible to manage the overall operation of the Pearl Assist service provided at the airport including planning, staffing and supplies.

1.       Education – University Degree, preferably with Hospitality as a major

2.      Professional Experience – 5years related experience of which at least 5 years relevant experience.

3.      Competencies Required –
-          Proficient in basic PC applications,
-          strong organization and inter-personal skills
-          Able to work independently
-          Bilingual, with excellent communication skills in English and any of these languages Energetic personality, friendly, courteous, customer focused, service- oriented and have excellent people skills.
-          Physically and mentally fit to the job
-          Managerial skills and experience
-          Time management
-          Problem solving and conflict management skills



Customer Service Assistant (CSA)

Brief Description:

Under the general guidance of the DO the CSA is responsible for participating in all activities of the pearl assist service to ensure that all passengers are provided the service as per the standards of customer service quality required.

Minimum Job Requirements

1.       Education – Bachelors or HND in any discipline, preferably in Hospitality and /or Passenger Relations.

  1. Professional Experience – Customer Service background
  2. Competencies Required –

                                                              i.      Proficient in basic PC applications,
                                                            ii.      Strong organization and inter-personal skills
                                                          iii.      Able to work independently
                                                          iv.      Able to speak at least 3 Nigerian languages, with excellent communication skills in English and any of these languages
                                                            v.      Energetic personality, friendly, courteous, customer focused service- oriented and has excellent people skills.
                                                          vi.      Physically and mentally fit to the job.

CSA Operations Coordinator

Brief Description:
Under the general guidance of the DO the Ops coordinator,  is responsible for coordinating the operations activities by actively monitoring communication, phones, emails bookings and disseminating to the frontline staff

Minimum Job Requirements

1.       Education – Bachelors or HND, preferably with certification in Hospitality and /or Passenger Relations

2.      Professional Experience – Customer Service background

3.      Competencies Required –

-          Proficient in basic PC applications,
-          Planning and organizing
-          Ability to communicate clearly
-          strong organization and inter-personal skills
-          Able to work independently
-          Able to speak at least 2 Nigerian languages, with excellent communication skills in English and any of these languages.  Alternatively, an international language for the second language
-          Energetic personality, friendly, courteous, customer focused service- oriented and has excellent people skills.
-          Physically and mentally fit to the job.

Duty Officer (DO)

Job Description:
Responsible for the overall operation of the Assist  team at the airport to ensure that operation is run smoothly on every shift and that anything required to run the operation is available for supervisors and agents.

Minimum Requirements:

1.       Education – University Degree, preferably with Hospitality as a major

2.      Professional Experience – 5years related experience of which at least 5 years relevant experience.

  1. Competencies Required –
-          Proficient in basic PC applications,
-          strong organization and inter-personal skills
-          Able to work independently
-          Bilingual, with excellent communication skills in English and any of these languages
-          Energetic personalities, friendly, courteous, customer focused service- oriented and have excellent people skills.
-          Physically and mentally fit to the job
-          Supervisory skills
-          Conflict management and problem solving
