had a chat with the Block 20 Media Management and this is what LCO is about in
their own words:
LCO was started to support upcoming rappers. It features guys who have not made it to the mainstream, guys who can rap and love to rap. Hence, if you can rap, you can be on Lyrical Content Only.
Majorly, the focus of LCO is to feature rappers from every aspect of life. LCO features bankers who rap, soldiers who rap, doctors who can rap and so on. LCO intends to bring the attention back to lyricism.In the near future, we are going to include a rap battle and a slot for singers too- I mean singers who write rich lyrical content. There is also the possibility of releasing a mix tape in the nearest future.Every rapper that has been approached is really excited about it and they are eager to be featured on this platform. We believe this initiative is good for the industry. There are lots of unknown rappers out there. We want them to be not just heard but also to be seen.
